Shipping policy

All bracelets are handmade by Sara Pelayo and shipped with care from Norway.

International orders
Orders outside Norway are shipped without Norwegian VAT. Please note that local customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may apply when your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, simply notify us in writing (e.g. via email) before the 14-day period ends. Once you’ve informed us, please return the bracelet within 14 days. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items must be in unused condition—aside from trying them on as you would in a store—and all original tags should be intact. After we receive the item (or proof of shipping), we’ll process your refund promptly—no later than 14 days after we received your cancellation notice.

Exceptions apply only for goods made to order or customized. Because each bracelet is handmade, personalized returns are not covered, as these are considered tailored products under Norwegian law.
