These terms and conditions apply to the use of this online store operated by Sara Pelayo. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Products
All bracelets are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance. Small variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute a defect.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian Krone) and include no VAT unless otherwise specified.

3. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Norway. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal service. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged in their country.

4. Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, with original tags intact. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned. Please see our [Shipping & Returns Policy] for full details.

5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We take no liability for indirect losses.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.
